About the Event
The Working Women’s Business Symposium invites you to connect, grow and climb as we take up the call to action and answer the age-old question - what’s next.
The Idaho Working Women’s Business Symposium is an event bringing professional women together to empower, connect and engage at a regional level. The Symposium kicked off in Pocatello in October of 2011 featuring national marketing expert, Liz Goodgold. Twin Falls encouraged women to ‘Take the Lead’ at their March 2nd event featuring keynote Hedi Reeder, PhD, an internationally recognized expert on human communication, owner of SuccessTracks and a faculty member at Boise State University. The Symposium comes to Boise, Thursday April 12th featuring Jimsi Kurbon, Marketing Director at the Boise Philharmonic as keynote.
The Symposium is organized locally and features successful women sharing their experiences, insights and lessons learned as they have grown professionally, created and expanded businesses or excelled in the corporate world.
The Boise Symposium is organized around 3 tracks:
> Connect: for those women interested in building networks, creating new opportunities and/or re-inventing themselves
> Climb: for women on the corporate ladder looking to take themselves to the next level
> Grow: for women with an entrepreneurial mindset interested in taking their companies to the next level.
Cost is $75 and includes all the sessions, parking, lunch and a networking reception.
