Astra Women’s Business Alliance (Astra) is a Regional Partner Organization (RPO) of The Women's Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) and provides WBENC certification to qualified women-owned businesses in the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Northern California, Oregon and Washington.
