The cost of certification is minimal, compared to the benefits. The application fee is based on your most recent annual revenues:
| Up to $999K | $350 |
| $1 Million up to $4.9 Million | $500 |
| $5 Million up to $9.9 Million | $750 |
| $10 Million and above | $1,000 |
Please note that fees are nonrefundable, regardless of the final status of your application.
