Recertification

Once you’ve obtained your certification, keep it current! Your company will need to reapply each year, but the process is simpler and requires less paperwork than your initial certification. To recertify, you’ll need to submit:

• Updated financial information
• Board meeting minutes (if appropriate)
• Changes in ownership or management
